Céline Suremann is a Swiss Yoga & Embodiment Educator, teacher trainer and retreat facilitator based in Zurich. Her work is rooted in connection and explores how yoga, movement, breath, meditation, sound and subtle awareness can support people in reconnecting with themselves and feeling more present in their bodies. With over 1,200 hours of training and extensive teaching experience, Céline combines modern, anatomically informed Vinyasa with the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga. Her approach brings together physical practice, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and subtle body awareness, allowing participants to experience yoga on different levels rather than only through movement. She leads Yoga Teacher Trainings, retreats, workshops, private sessions and sound experiences, and has experience working with individuals, groups and corporate clients. Depending on the setting, her sessions can range from dynamic and grounding yoga practices to meditation, restorative practices, sound journeys and experiences designed around presence, connection and conscious awareness. At the heart of her work is the intention to create well-held spaces in which people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies and inner experience, and leave feeling more grounded, aware and connected to themselves.
