
I’m Chiara Marradi, a designer and facilitator with extensive experience leading group workshops in corporate environments. In my work, I bring together creativity, collaboration, and well-being to support team development. Within the corporate space, I often guide mindfulness, meditation, and yoga sessions to help professionals reduce stress, build resilience, and connect more deeply with themselves and their teams. As a certified yoga teacher, I integrate movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into my sessions, creating experiences that balance energy and calm, while fostering both individual and collective performance. Beyond the workplace, I am also an aerial performer and movement coach, designing powerful and immersive experiences through art and embodiment. I have studied Ayurveda and work as a well-being coach, supporting clients on their transformational journeys toward balance and sustainable vitality. My diverse background allows me to craft sessions that are at once energizing and grounding—whether through mindful practices, creative movement, or inspiring performances.
