Claudio Hernandez

Claudio holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from ICADE and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School. He is a certified Executive Coach (ICF ACC) and has extensive experience in business consulting, having worked at firms such as Deloitte and NTT Data. He later led the Learning and Development function at ISS Spain (~35,000 employees), driving strategic talent initiatives. Currently, through his company Create Talent, he helps organizations strengthen leadership and enhance team performance. He is also an adjunct professor at IESE Business School, teaching Interpersonal Communication in executive programs, and has authored several business cases.
