Certified coach and accredited EFT therapist, specializing in regulating the nervous system, managing stress and emotions, and supporting burnout and trauma recovery. Experienced in individual coaching and corporate workshops with a focus on emotional regulation.
My approach starts from a simple observation: understanding a stressful situation, or having every intention to change, is often not enough on its own. It's that the body has learned something, and a state of hypervigilance has settled in. As long as that hypervigilance remains unaddressed, the nervous system stays on alert, resisting change even when it's genuinely wanted.
My work, as an EFT practitioner, is precisely about sending the nervous system the message that it is safe so it can finally let go of what's holding it in place, whether that's an accumulation of daily stress, the lingering effects of burnout, or deeper anxiety that keeps resurfacing under pressure.
In a corporate setting, I see real value in bringing this body-based approach to teams: stress and burnout are rarely just a mindset issue, and workshops that only address them intellectually often fall short. EFT workshops offer something different, a concrete, felt experience of regulation that people can take back to their desks, and reuse on their own afterwards.
What I bring to a company setting: practical, accessible EFT sessions designed for groups, focused on stress, burnout prevention and anxiety, with the goal of giving people a tool they can rely on, not just a moment of relaxation, but something that lasts.
