I am a hypnotherapist and facilitator working at the intersection of mental clarity, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness.
My work is designed for people who are used to performing, thinking, and carrying responsibility – often without having access to a space where they can truly pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
In my sessions, I guide participants out of mental overload and into a more grounded, calm, and clear inner state. This is not about adding more input or strategies, but about creating a direct experience of relief, presence, and inner orientation.
I combine elements of hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and what I call “inner directing” – a subtle way of working with attention, perception, and inner imagery that allows people to shift their state from within.
My background as a professional voice artist deeply informs my work. The voice becomes a precise and supportive tool to guide attention, regulate the nervous system, and create a safe inner space for each participant.
Participants often report:
a noticeable reduction of inner pressure
increased clarity and focus
a sense of being more present and connected to themselves
I work with individuals as well as groups and teams, especially in environments where mental load, decision-making, and constant stimulation are part of daily life.
My sessions can be quiet and introspective, or gently interactive and accessible – depending on the context and the needs of the group.
At the core, my work is about one simple but powerful shift:
from functioning and pressure → to awareness, clarity, and self-connection.
