About Ekaterina

VitalityLab was born from a personal and professional journey guided by one essential question: how can we combine performance and fulfillment? With more than 15 years of experience in diverse sectors such as environment, events, and luxury, and a Master degree in Business Administration and International Management, I first became an expert in exhaustion. After many years in survival mode (poor nutrition, chronic stress, addictions, fragile mental health), a severe diagnosis at 24 pushed me to quit everything and set off on a year-long backpacking trip in search of a new way of living. Since then, driven by my passion for people and their overall well-being, I have been training for over 10 years across the globe in preventive and integrative nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, yoga, and neurolinguistic programming. Today, VitalityLab supports companies and their employees in fostering greater well-being at work through a simple, practical, and human approach. The workplace is where we spend a large part of our lives and often where the first imbalances appear. Why VitalityLab? Because vitality is more than just well-being—it’s that spark, that energy that makes us feel fully alive. And the Lab? It’s a personal laboratory, a toolbox of practices and insights that everyone can draw from to nurture their own health and resilience.
