I’m Elias, facilitator, coach and founder of Koller Impact Consulting in Zürich. I help people and teams change things that matter – not with heroic transformations, but with small, smart steps that actually fit into a busy workday. My background is in social work, humanitarian and development projects, and leadership. I’ve led teams and programmes in Switzerland and abroad, worked with families in very challenging situations, and managed projects in countries like Laos, Kosovo and several in Africa. Alongside my freelance work, I’m Team Lead & Case Coach at ChangeKultur in Zürich, where I support people and systems in complex, real-life settings – a great testing ground for everything I teach in workshops. I hold a certificate in Adult Education and have years of experience designing and running trainings for adults: professionals, leaders, mixed teams and people far outside the “classic seminar” bubble. This has shaped my style: clear, practical, human – and with enough humour so people dare to be honest, try something new and laugh about themselves a little. My two core topics for “Sessions of Vitality” are: 1. Kaizen & Habits – Tiny steps, real change How can work feel a bit lighter, more focused and more energised without a full life makeover? Using ideas from Kaizen and behaviour change, I help participants: Find realistic micro-habits that fit their actual day Design their environment so good habits become easier and unhelpful ones harder People leave with one or two concrete, simple changes they can start immediately. 2. Decision-making in uncertainty – Calm in the fog Most important decisions are made without perfect information. Drawing on crisis work and leadership experience, I show teams how to: Understand their natural reactions to uncertainty Use simple tools like “good enough decisions”, pre-mortems and decision check-ins We use short, playful exercises to make serious topics feel lighter and more accessible. I’m used to working in intercultural settings, having lived, studied and worked in more than six countries. I facilitate in German and English and feel at home with corporate teams, NGOs and public institutions alike. If you’re looking for sessions that are down-to-earth, interactive and genuinely useful on Monday morning, I’d be happy to co-create something with you.
