
Elizabeth (“Bissy”) is an experienced Learning, Talent, and Leadership Development professional with over 12 years of experience designing and delivering people-centered programs in fast-growing, global organizations. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership development, team effectiveness, trust-building, and culture — with a strong emphasis on helping individuals and teams perform at their best during periods of growth, change, and transition.
Bissy has led Learning & Development and Sales Enablement functions in high-growth B2B and SaaS environments, supporting organizations scaling from approximately 300 to over 800 employees globally. She has partnered closely with executives, HR leaders, and people managers to build leadership frameworks, manager development programs, onboarding experiences, and company-wide learning initiatives aligned to business strategy and culture. Her experience spans global, distributed teams across the US, Europe, India, and APAC.
As a Hudson Institute–Certified Coach, Bissy has delivered 150+ hours of one-on-one coaching to executives, people managers, and high-potential talent. Her coaching style is human-centered, practical, and action-oriented, helping clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen leadership presence, and translate insight into real behavioral change. She frequently supports leaders navigating role transitions, increased scope, and the shift from individual contributor to people manager.
A core pillar of Bissy’s work is the Enneagram, which she uses as a framework for building trust, strengthening collaboration, and improving communication within teams. She designs and facilitates interactive workshops and offsites that help teams understand individual motivations, strengths, blind spots, and stress responses — creating shared language and psychological safety that enable high performance. Her facilitation experience includes virtual and in-person workshops, executive offsites, leadership retreats, and large-scale company events.
