I am an intuitive artist and integrative coach whose work has been shaped as much by lived experience as by professional training. My own path has taken me through profound periods of change, challenge, healing and reinvention. Along the way, creativity became far more than something I did. It became a way of listening, processing, reconnecting and finding my way back to myself. Because I experience life deeply and have always been highly attuned to people, environments and what often remains unspoken, I bring a strong sense of presence and intuition into the spaces I facilitate. I naturally notice subtle shifts in energy, emotion and expression, while remaining grounded in what is actually happening in the room. My strength lies in creating environments where people feel safe enough to step out of performance, overthinking and self-judgement, and reconnect with their own inner language through creativity, embodiment and honest self-expression. As an artist, I work intuitively rather than from a predetermined outcome. I bring that same philosophy into my facilitation: I do not believe creativity needs to be perfected. I believe it needs to be experienced. My approach is warm, deeply human and adaptive. I combine sensitivity with grounded leadership, curiosity and an ability to meet people where they are. Rather than teaching from theory alone, I facilitate from what I have studied, practised and, most importantly, deeply lived. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when we create enough space to move beyond the constant noise of the mind, something more authentic can emerge.
