am a cultural manager and trainer with over 20 years of experience in non-formal education, well being, and physical theatre. Over the years, I have collaborated with major European institutions, NGOs, and cultural organizations, designing and leading projects that foster wellbeing, creativity, inclusion, and social innovation. My work lies at the intersection of art, education, and community engagement. I use theatre, movement, and participatory methodologies to strengthen cohesion, nurture relationships, and support mental health and well-being.
