Emma Rowena is a facilitator, musician, speaker and creator of immersive experiences that combine music, embodiment, guided reflection and creativity to help people reconnect with themselves and one another.
Drawing on over two decades of work as a performing musician, meditation guide and facilitator, she creates spaces where people can slow down, regulate the nervous system, rediscover clarity and awaken their natural creativity.
Her experiences blend live piano improvisation, vocal resonance, guided visualisation, breathwork, reflective practices and interactive group processes into elegant, memorable journeys that leave participants feeling both deeply grounded and creatively inspired.
Whether working with leadership teams, organisations or retreat participants, Emma's work invites people to move beyond constant performance and productivity into a state where insight, collaboration and authentic expression naturally emerge.
“Emma exudes love and trust, and lifts our ability to be in service.”
