
I am a certified health coach, wellness advocate, and lifelong mover with a classically trained ballet background, enriched by modern, hip hop, and Scottish dance. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their bodies and energy through movement, while also inspiring healthier lifestyles and mindful living. Living with type 1 diabetes since childhood has given me a unique perspective, and I channel that into empowering others to embrace balance and vitality. Beyond dance and coaching, I am passionate about food and cooking, always experimenting with seasonal local varieties and promoting healthy eating habits with schools and children. A world traveller, I’ve backpacked across Asia and cycled through Central America and the Rocky Mountains, experiences that have shaped my adaptability and global outlook. I am also an avid athlete who thrives on yoga, sea swimming, and surfing, finding joy and resilience through the connection of body, mind, and nature.
