I am a cultural communication expert and curator with over 20 years of experience in internal communication, branding and digital workplace, combined with a strong specialisation in museum and heritage projects. I am the founder of Amalart (Milan), where I design and manage exhibitions, cultural programmes and hybrid physical‑digital experiences connecting Italy with Asia, especially China. I am currently developing projects such as the Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Sanya (China) and the Fiorucci Museum in Milan, as well as travelling exhibitions on Modigliani, Renaissance masters and Italian poetry and photography. As a lecturer at IULM University in Milan, I teach Internal Communication & Change Management and work with institutions and foundations on innovation, digitalisation and internationalisation of cultural heritage. I am a member of ICOM Italy and actively involved in corporate museums and brand heritage initiatives, helping organisations transform their stories, archives and collections into engaging experiences for teams, clients and communities. In my work with groups, I combine storytelling, participatory reflection and immersive tools (including multimedia, virtual and augmented reality) to explore themes such as identity, organisational culture, creativity and cross‑cultural dialogue. My sessions are designed to be both inspiring and practical: participants connect with powerful cultural narratives while gaining concrete insights they can apply in their roles and organisations.
