
I am a Creative Wellness Facilitator with a background in Fine Arts and creative facilitation, designing gentle, art-based experiences that support emotional release, presence, and renewal. My work centers on creating calm, non-performative spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling lighter.
