Psychologist, artist, trainer, and dance movement therapist With over 15 years of experience in psychology and more than 5 years in corporate contexts focused on people development and training, I bring an integrated approach that combines creativity, embodiment, and psychology. I work at the intersection of art and care, body and emotions, science and intuition. My background in dance provided me with a first language of expression and a field of exploration through the body. Embodiment practices allow me to integrate dimensions often considered separately—body and mind, intuition and technique. Psychology complements this by offering scientific and methodological foundations for understanding human complexity and supporting well-being. I design and facilitate programs in which movement and creativity serve as resources for personal growth, therapeutic support, and self-discovery. These pathways provide individuals with opportunities to restore balance, access their potential, and reconnect with their authentic selves, in alignment with their inner rhythm and personal resources.
