
I’m Harriet, a certified nutrition coach, mindset mentor, and wellness entrepreneur based in Dubai.
My career in wellness began nearly a decade ago as a part-time fitness instructor, driven by a passion for healthy food and movement. Since then, I’ve built a thriving nutrition business offering 1:1 and group coaching, including my female-only membership, Harriet’s Health Club. I also host live events and deliver workshops for corporate companies, fitness communities, and more.
My coaching style focuses on building a resilient mindset and a positive relationship with food. I champion simple, sustainable approaches to healthy living, centred around a balanced, whole-food diet that supports both body and mind.
Outside of my work, I love running, Pilates, weight training, cooking, reading, dining out, and travelling the world.
