As a Master Coach and Master Practitioner in NLP, and a Trauma-Informed Coach, I combine practical tools with deep emotional awareness to help people reconnect with themselves and move through challenges with confidence. My approach is calm, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience — I believe lasting change happens when we learn to understand our emotions, release old patterns, and lead ourselves with authenticity and purpose.
