Dedicated to advancing human flourishing through education, well-being, and neuroeducation.
I lead initiatives that foster holistic growth—mental, emotional, physical, and social—helping individuals and institutions cultivate environments where people can truly thrive.
With a trilingual Master’s degree in International Studies specializing in Culture and Education, I bring extensive experience in designing and implementing innovative academic programs across diverse international settings. I am currently expanding my expertise with a Master’s in Neuroeducation, deepening my ability to translate insights from neuroscience and cognitive psychology into practical tools that enhance how we teach, learn, and lead.
Over the past years at IE University, I’ve contributed to building well-being ecosystems, developing learning experiences that integrate positive psychology, and supporting students, staff, and faculty in their personal and professional growth. As Associate Director of the IE Center for Health & Well-being and Adjunct Faculty, my work ensures that educational programs remain evidence-based, human-centered, and dedicated to fostering flourishing across the institution.
Empathetic, creative, and committed to continuous growth, I thrive in roles that blend strategy, collaboration, and meaningful impact. I excel in multicultural environments, leading teams with sensitivity, clarity, and a strengths-based approach. My driving purpose is to design programs and experiences that transform people’s lives—helping them learn better, lead better, and live better.
