am a facilitator with a background in psychology, community work, and women’s health, with several years of experience supporting individuals and groups through meaningful and transformative processes.
My work combines emotional awareness, group facilitation, and body-based practices, creating safe and grounded spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and with others.
I have experience facilitating sharing circles, emotional integration processes, and group spaces that support deep listening, authenticity, and connection. I also work with practices inspired by ancestral traditions, including sweat lodge (temazcal), which I have studied and practiced over the years in close connection with traditional contexts, always with respect and integrity.
Part of my work includes supporting processes of emotional release, self-awareness, and what is often referred to as “shadow work”, helping individuals and groups explore internal dynamics in a safe and supported environment.
I have lived and worked internationally, including several years in Mexico, where I was immersed in community-based practices and traditional approaches to wellbeing, which continue to inform my work today.
I am comfortable working with diverse groups, including professional and corporate environments, and I bring a calm, intuitive and structured presence, with the ability to hold depth while remaining practical and accessible.
My intention is to create meaningful experiences that support wellbeing, team cohesion, and personal awareness.
