I am Jana, a trauma-informed hypnotherapist and holistic health and somatic coach supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns of stress, imposter syndrome, or self-doubt.
Before moving into therapeutic work, I spent over 10 years working in a corporate environment. This experience gives me a deep, practical understanding of high-pressure workplaces, performance expectations, and the often hidden stress that can come with being high-functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed internally.
My work integrates somatic (body-based) practices, nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy, and coaching-based reflection.
Hypnotherapy supports clients in working with subconscious patterns that can contribute to anxiety, overthinking, emotional reactivity, and repeated behavioural cycles.
Alongside this, somatic approaches help regulate the nervous system and bring the body into a greater sense of safety, grounding, and calm.
I also support clients in finding greater clarity around purpose, career direction, and motivation, especially when they feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their next step.
Alongside this, I work deeply with emotional processing and healing, particularly in the context of relationships, breakups, and divorce, helping clients move through emotional pain, make sense of their experiences, and rebuild a stronger sense of self.
I aim to offer a grounded, supportive space where clients can slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to shift the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. The focus is on creating meaningful and sustainable change, while also developing clarity, confidence, emotional balance, and forward movement in life.
Areas of focus include anxiety, burnout, stress, low confidence, overthinking, emotional blocks, relationship healing, divorce recovery, purpose, and career transitions.
