Jasmeen Da Graça Vasconcelos

I am a multilingual facilitator, trainer and people-centred strategist with over 10 years of experience working in corporate, customer-facing and creative environments across Europe.

Throughout my career, I have led teams and delivered workshops, talks and training sessions for companies including MAC Cosmetics, KIKO Milano and Daso & Le Coven. I have facilitated groups of up to 20 people in Spanish and English, covering areas such as communication, customer experience, creativity, product knowledge, sales, team development and collaboration. My background also includes recruitment, onboarding and the ongoing development of multicultural teams.

More recently, I have brought together my corporate experience with facilitation, self-awareness, creativity and brand strategy. In 2026, I designed and facilitated “Know Yourself, Connect with Others”, a two-hour integration workshop at the Satori retreat (by Sherina Sham) in Portugal. The experience combined guided meditation, movement, psychological astrology, personal reflection and group conversation.

My facilitation style is warm, practical and participatory. I create spaces where people feel comfortable contributing, reflecting and connecting, while ensuring that every experience has a clear purpose. I believe that when people understand themselves and one another more deeply, they communicate better, collaborate more naturally and work towards shared goals with greater awareness.

Having lived and worked in Italy, Spain, Sweden and the Netherlands, I bring cultural sensitivity and adaptability to every group. I speak Spanish, Italian, English and Portuguese and feel at ease working with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds.
