I’m a facilitator, coach, and community-builder who is deeply interested in how people grow through relationship — with themselves and with each other. My work focuses on cultivating emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and confident, authentic communication in ways that feel human, grounded, and accessible rather than performative or overly academic. I love creating spaces where people can slow down, feel safe enough to be honest, and practice being more fully themselves in connection with others. Through authentic relating–style sessions, I guide participants in developing empathy, clearer self-expression, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence in navigating interpersonal dynamics. These sessions are experiential and practical — people don’t just talk about communication, they feel it, practice it, and leave with insights they can immediately apply in their relationships, work, and daily lives. I also offer Enneagram-based workshops for both individuals and teams. I use the Enneagram as a tool for self-compassion, pattern recognition, and growth, rather than as a rigid typing system. In individual-focused sessions, I help people understand their motivations, stress patterns, and strengths, and how these show up in relationships and decision-making. In team or group settings, I facilitate workshops that build shared language, reduce miscommunication, and foster appreciation for different working and relating styles. My approach emphasizes curiosity, humility, and practical application, not labeling or box-checking. Across all my work, my intention is to support people in becoming more self-trusting, emotionally fluent, and relationally skilled — not by fixing themselves, but by understanding themselves more clearly. I’m especially drawn to audiences who are already doing inner work and are ready to deepen it through real connection, honest reflection, and shared practice.
