Jennifer Rogers

For over 15 years, I have designed and facilitated experiences at the intersection of culture, science, technology and education. My work spans innovation ecosystems connected to CERN and digitalswitzerland, where dialogue, creativity and human presence shape complex environments.

As Zurich Academy Manager of Simply Theatre, I lead programmes that build confidence, collaboration and expressive clarity. As a former Lecturer in Applied Theatre at University College Cork, I developed practical methods that translate performance techniques into tools for business communication, leadership presence and team alignment.

I am also Founder of The Story Space, where I support professionals to strengthen voice, narrative clarity and authentic authority. I am passionate about creating spaces of vitality where people reconnect to confidence, creativity and purpose.
