I’m a facilitator and experience designer with over 15 years of experience creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel more fully themselves in the midst of busy, demanding work lives. My work is rooted in the belief that vitality, clarity, and connection are not luxuries at work. They are conditions for doing meaningful, sustainable work well.
I design experiences that invite people out of autopilot and into presence. Rather than relying on heavy frameworks or performative participation, I use simple, intentional prompts, reflection, and human centered design to help groups arrive, notice what’s true, and engage with one another more honestly. Participants often describe my sessions as grounding, surprisingly meaningful, and easy to enter, even for those who are skeptical of workshops.
At the heart of my practice is attention. I pay close attention to energy in the room, to what’s being said and what’s being held back, and to the pace that will best serve the group. I adapt in real time, allowing sessions to feel alive rather than scripted, while still offering enough structure for people to feel safe and oriented. I’m especially mindful about creating spaces that are inclusive, non performative, and respectful of different comfort levels with sharing.
Much of my work centers on helping people reconnect to their own agency, values, and strengths. I’m interested in the subtle moments where people realize they’ve been bracing, waiting, or shrinking, and the equally subtle moments where they choose to step forward with more intention. I’m drawn to work that feels human and embodied, where insight emerges through experience rather than instruction.
I’ve worked extensively with professional teams and leaders across sectors, and I’m comfortable holding both lightness and depth at the same time. I value warmth, clarity, and care, and I believe that when people feel seen and settled, better conversations naturally follow.
I’m based in San Francisco, fluent in English, and excited by opportunities to co create moments of presence, reflection, and connection through Culture Vitale. Moments that linger beyond the session and subtly change how people show up to their work and to one another.
