
I recently transitioned out of the corporate world to fully dedicate myself to wellness. I hold an advanced yoga teacher certification and an MBA, which gives me a unique perspective on both the demands of professional life and the importance of self-care.
I specialize in breath and connection, blending traditional yoga techniques with the science behind them. I’m passionate about teaching practical tools that help people reduce stress, build resilience, and create sustainable balance in their lives.
Before moving into wellness, I worked as a Product Owner, leading workshops and guiding groups to achieve clear, measurable outcomes. This experience gives me a deep understanding of corporate pressure—and a strong ability to translate that into effective wellness practices.
