I am a mindful life transition coach and somatic guide based in Seattle, and the founder of Shakti Sisters, a women's wellness community built around workshops, retreats, and mindfulness circles.
Before this work, I spent nearly twenty years in the tech industry, so I know from the inside what it feels like to carry a nervous system that never quite lands, to move fast and lose touch with the body along the way. That lived experience is the bridge I bring into group and workplace spaces. I speak the language of high performing, overstretched professionals, and I offer them a real way back into presence.
My work weaves together mindfulness, breath, intuitive movement, and somatic practice, grounded in applied polyvagal theory. I hold spaces for stillness and nervous system regulation: guided meditation, breathwork, gentle somatic grounding, and reflective circles that help people soften, reconnect, and remember how to feel safe in their own bodies. I also guide intuitive dance, breath and music led movement with no choreography and no pressure, where people are invited to stretch, sway, shake, or rest, and follow what their body actually wants. It is a way to shake loose stored tension and rediscover joy and aliveness, often paired with deep rest so the whole system can exhale. A session can be a quiet fifteen minute reset in the middle of a demanding day, or a longer, more intimate journey into movement, release, and renewal.
I was born in Mauritius, with roots running through South Asian and East African culture, and that heritage lives in how I hold ceremony, ritual, and belonging. What people tend to remember afterward is not a technique but a felt sense of having been met, slowed down, and gently returned to themselves.
