About Julia

Julia Jungman is the founder of Sucre, a Stockholm-based circular design studio specializing in scalable redesign of fashion brands' unsold stock into new redesign collections.

With over six years of experience working with brands including & Other Stories and GANT, Julia has developed a proprietary redesign methodology - the Sucre Redesign Framework - that makes circular fashion thinking structured, accessible, and immediately actionable.

Her workshop, Redesign Studio, brings this methodology to corporate teams through a guided creative session using the Sucre Redesign Canvas. Participants work through the redesign potential of a garment they already own learning to assess, concept, and brief a transformation, leaving with a completed Maker's Brief: a personal redesign plan they can act on.

No materials, sewing skills, or fashion background required. The session is designed for curious, creative teams who want a genuinely different kind of afternoon. One that combines structured thinking, creative confidence, and a fresh relationship with what they already own.
