As an internationally awarded sommelier with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, education and beverage consultancy, I have represented Ireland on the world stage, judged international wine competitions, and currently work as Wine Editor for The Gloss Magazine. I am also the founder of SommNinja, an educational platform helping wine professionals around the world develop their knowledge.

Good to Know

Client Requirements
If in person, depending on the size of the group and room a microphone can be required. a screen with an HDMI connection can also be useful for certain sessions. For wine tastings, the rental of glassware is also needed if outside of Ireland or for groups bigger than 15.
