Karisma Jay

True to my name, I am a multihyphenate with lots of Charisma. In all of my work, I am passionate about the importance of humanity, healing and restoring connection in a deep and meaningful way. I am dedicated to our global transformation and use all of my creativity to curate intentional experiences that touch, move and inspire. I am committed to spreading Abundant Joy and excellence with my life's work.

I am an award-winning Afro-Latina performing artist, director/writer, Filmmaker, Healer and choreographer with lots of charisma. Born and raised in Brooklyn, I have been performing onstage, Broadway, in voiceovers and on screen for over three decades. When I am not center stage or on set, I am a Guest Teaching Artist/professor at institutions including The Juilliard School, Medgar Evers College, LaGuardia HS and Ballet Tech. I am the Executive Artistic Director and Founder of the non-Profit AbunDance Academy of the Arts dedicated to preparing students, ages 2-82, with specialized Arts training to help them access their own abundance within the Arts.
