
With a degree in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid, Laila has been recognized as a Leading Woman in Media by Top 100 and is among the 50 most influential communicators according to Wellcomm. She is also a journalist specializing in health information for the National Association of Health Reporters, an expert journalist in gastronomic and nutritional journalism, a specialist in health information for the Association, a specialist in Digital Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Data Analysis from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, and has a postgraduate degree in Marketing Intelligence & Big Data from the University of Barcelona-IL3. The latter helped her transition from journalism to artificial intelligence, where she served as Director of Communication and Data Storytelling. Internationally certified in Mentoring by the AIMC, she runs mentor{y}teller, where she helps people acquire communication skills and personal and professional development through mentoring.
