I am an integrative arts psychotherapist, facilitator, and international trainer, working across cultures, disciplines, and professional fields. I bring a unique combination of psychological depth, creative intelligence, and grounded leadership into the spaces I hold. My work with groups is both attuned and dynamic—I am able to enter complexity without losing clarity, to hold vulnerability without collapsing structure, and to guide processes that invite real insight while remaining practical and applicable. Alongside this depth, I bring humour as an essential part of the work—a way of creating ease, opening perspective, and allowing difficult material to move without becoming overwhelming. Having worked internationally for many years, I am highly sensitive to cultural nuance and group dynamics, able to meet diverse audiences while maintaining coherence and direction. As a facilitator, I lead not from authority alone, but from presence, precision, and the ability to sense what is emerging in the moment—supporting individuals and groups to think more clearly, relate more honestly, and act with greater alignment and creative confidence.
