Luuk van Rossum

Luuk is a classically trained percussionist who graduated from Codarts in Rotterdam and has performed with renowned orchestras, international ensembles, and major musicals. Teaching has been part of his journey from the start, helping him refine both his technique and his ability to connect with people. His career ranges from orchestral and solo performances to innovative projects like the theatrical quartet Persossa and the electronic-percussion band Electric Tribe. Alongside music, Luuk completed multiple NLP certifications and discovered strong parallels between rhythm, communication and human behavior. This combination inspired him to design workshops where music and NLP come together to enhance teamwork, creativity and connection. Through this unique approach, he shares his expertise with a wider audience, bridging art and personal development.
