I am a Saudi Art Therapist (PhD) and Marriage and Family Therapist (MAMFT) with over 15 years of experience in art, mental health, education, and community engagement. I am dedicated to advancing wellbeing, human connection, and personal growth through creativity, culture, and therapeutic practice.
My work integrates art therapy, psychotherapy, community arts, and culturally responsive approaches to support individuals, families, and communities. I have extensive experience working in psychiatric and mental health settings, including addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, women's mental health, and family therapy.
Drawing on both professional expertise and Saudi cultural heritage, I explore how traditional practices, creative expression, and community engagement can foster resilience, healing, and social connection. My work is grounded in the belief that creativity and culture can serve as powerful pathways for wellbeing and transformation.
In addition to my clinical work, I design and facilitate community-based art projects, workshops, training programs, and cultural initiatives that promote wellbeing, empowerment, advocacy, and inclusion. I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences that bring together culture, creativity, and mental health to help individuals, organizations, and communities thrive.
