
Manissha Khanna is an experiential facilitator and artist with over two decades of practice in fine arts and more than 14 years of professional experience designing art-based and presence-informed group experiences.
Her journey began in the visual arts, where she developed a deep understanding of creative process, symbolism, and human expression. Over time, her work evolved into facilitating structured experiential spaces that integrate creativity, mindfulness-informed practices, and reflective dialogue to support personal insight and collective cohesion.
She has worked across corporate organisations, CSR initiatives, academic institutions, and community programmes, including serving as a CSR consultant for Godfrey Phillips India Limited and facilitating corporate wellbeing initiatives for organisations such as Amplus Solar, CMS InfoTech, and SD2Square Labs.
With a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Art Therapy, a Master of Social Work (MSW), and formal training in expressive arts facilitation, she brings both artistic depth and grounded methodology to her sessions. Known for her calm and steady presence, Manissha designs immersive experiences that strengthen awareness, enhance collaboration, and transform shared purpose into tangible outcomes.
