I am an artist and mindfulness facilitator with a professional fine art background and over seven years of experience designing and delivering creative and wellbeing experiences for corporate and private clients.
I began facilitating art and mindfulness events in Ukraine and have since led more than 150 successful sessions, the majority of them in Portugal. My work is primarily focused on in-person corporate and private events. I have extensive experience working with international teams and adapting sessions to different professional contexts, company cultures, and business objectives.
I design and facilitate a wide range of formats – from short, focused sessions integrated into the workday to full-scale standalone events lasting up to three hours. My experience includes everything from intimate, reflective formats to large team-building experiences, delivered in corporate venues, art studios, outdoor locations, retreats, and festival settings.
My work is structured around two complementary directions: Mindfulness Sessions and Art Workshops. Every session is carefully planned in advance and fully customized for each client. I take into account the event format, duration (from 15 minutes to 3 hours), group size, participants’ interests, and most importantly – the intended outcome for the team. When appropriate, I also combine several practices into longer, more immersive experiences.
All mindfulness sessions I provide are delivered without esoteric or spiritual framing. My approach is grounded in research from psychology, cognitive science, and physiology, ensuring that the practices are accessible, inclusive, and suitable for corporate and professional environments.
All of my art workshops are built on a foundation of 14 years of academic fine art education and seven years of facilitation experience. They are designed not only as creative activities, but as structured experiences that support creative thinking, self-expression, and team connection.
