I've spent 25 years creating experiences that bring people together – first in media and entertainment, now in leadership development. Whether I was launching China's first surround-sound variety show for Dolby or designing leadership programs for Louis Vuitton, I've always been drawn to one question: How do we help people connect more meaningfully? That's why Culture Vitale caught my attention. Your Sessions of Vitality – blending creativity, well-being, and team development – feel like the natural evolution of work I've been doing through my own consultancy, The Cultural Programs. We share similar visions. Now it's time for me to partner with a more established platform to bring this mission to wider audiences – catalyzing human-centric communication and leadership transformation at scale.
MY BACKGROUND
I started in entertainment media – Star TV, Dolby Laboratories, eventually Twitter, where I led Greater China partnerships. Those years taught me how to create memorable experiences at scale, like when we helped XinHua News do their first international livestream during the 2016 Rio Olympics. But after two decades in media and tech, I wanted to work more directly with people, not just platforms. So I became an executive coach. Got my PCC certification from ICF. Studied cultural intelligence (CQ), team dynamics, mediation. Since then, I've designed workshops for LVMH (Louis Vuitton and Tiffany) through a French leadership consultancy, plus Warner Chappell Music, Citibank, Hong Kong Government, and multinationals navigating Asia. My sessions consistently get rated above 92% – not because I have all the answers, but because I genuinely love helping teams unlock their own.
WHAT I BRING TO YOU
I work at the intersection of three areas:
(1) Leadership and communication – I help people find their authentic voice through storytelling workshops, executive presence training, and navigating difficult conversations. My approach is scenario-based, practical, interactive, and action-based. People leave with tools they can use immediately.
(2) Cultural intelligence (CQ) – My sweet spot. As a certified CQ Facilitator, I specialize in helping multinational teams bridge cultural differences. Having worked across Greater China and the West, I understand what gets lost in translation, where friction happens, and how to build real understanding.
(3) Energy management – I'm a practitioner myself. I bring visualization, gratitude practices, and presence techniques because they're essential for sustained performance. I use energy management to replace time management, helping teams optimize performance. I'm also currently studying Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).
SESSION FORMATS
Engagement is non-negotiable. I can run 15-minute energizers or 2-hour facilitation-based deep dives—interactive workshops (storytelling labs, team coaching circles, CQ exercises) or contemplative sessions with reflection and coaching techniques. I often combine formats.
