From the great stages of London, Berlin, New York, and Moscow, I built my career as a professional ballerina, performing on iconic stages such as The Met, The Bolshoi, and The London Coliseum. That journey led me naturally into choreography and artistic leadership, and for 17 years I served as a ballet director in three German theatres.
Along the way, I discovered something powerful: working with the body in music, time, and space transforms the way people see themselves. It builds confidence, empathy, and self-empowerment in ways words alone never can. This realization inspired me to earn my RD1st Coaching certification and to create “Creative Empowerment,” a unique method that fuses choreography and coaching.
Drawing on decades of experience as a choreographer, ballet director, and accredited life and leadership coach, I bring movement, creativity, and human connection together to help people step out of their heads and back into their bodies. I guide individuals and teams beyond their comfort zones into a space where trust grows, collaboration deepens, and new perspectives take shape.
When the body leads, something remarkable happens. People begin to see themselves and each other differently, they find strength in vulnerability, because what the body knows often goes far beyond words. All of this unfolds in an environment that is safe, energizing, and genuinely joyful.
