I am Mariola Kajkowska, founder of First Friend in Denmark and creator of Move to Connect – Personality in Motion. With over 20 years of experience in Denmark, I help leaders and teams elevate presence, empathy, creativity, and cohesion through a unique blend of professional coaching, cross-cultural expertise, and dance-based facilitation. My work spans corporate development, NGOs, and government organizations, enriched by a background as a Latin dance instructor and workshop leader.
