I am an ICF-PCC executive and team coach, experiential facilitator, and designer of playful yet purposeful corporate experiences. For more than 12 years, I have worked with teams across Europe, from tech to pharma, finance to scale-ups, helping them move from “working next to each other” to truly working with each other. I do not believe in workshops where people simply sit and listen. I believe in movement. In energy. In psychologically safe spaces where professionals can experiment, laugh, reflect and suddenly realise, “Oh. That is how we actually show up as a team.” My approach blends structured coaching with embodied challenges, creative collaboration and guided reflection. Trust is not explained, it is experienced. Communication is not theorised, it is tested. Energy is not calculated, it is felt. I design short, dynamic formats that translate leadership, collaboration and vitality into something tangible. Something memorable. Something teams can carry back into Monday morning. My style is warm, energising and structured, a mix of clarity and play. Because development can be serious without being heavy.
