Marta Puig-Samper

I am an international coach and career consultant in Barcelona, with over 10 years of experience supporting international professionals in their search for new opportunities in both local and global markets. For 8 years, I developed my career as an expatriate in the United Kingdom in the Human Resources sector, an experience that allowed me to understand the challenges of global mobility and the international labor market. When I returned to Spain, I decided to establish International Career Development (2011). My mission was to support senior professionals and executives in finding their next professional challenge through personalized career development programs. In 2019 I registered as an associate professional with the Career Development Institute (CDI) in the UK and in 2020 I completed my postgraduate degree in Professional and Systemic Coaching at the Gestalt Institute of Barcelona(IG). Since 2022 I am a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF-ACC). In addition, in 2024 I decided to specialize in Health Coaching with an advanced training in Health Coaching (Salutis Healthcare).
