I am an intersectionality and identity consultant and thought leader dedicated to helping organisations and individuals navigate complex human experiences. My work focuses on building deeper cohesion and understanding by centering the voices of experts by experience. My perspective is deeply informed by my own journey as someone who is care experienced and has navigated the complexities of identity through the BBC’s DNA Family Secrets. I aim to bridge the gap between policy and reality, exploring the "how" and "why" of our lived stories to create more inclusive environments. This has led to impactful collaborations with The Fostering Network—the UK’s leading fostering charity—and appearances at high-profile events such as Fatima Whitbread’s Fostercare Summit at the Guildhall. I have delivered keynote speeches and strategic consultancy for a wide range of prestigious clients, including: Finance & Corporate: NatWest and State Street Bank. Public Sector & Infrastructure: British Transport Police, NHS, and Transport for London. Local Authorities: Medway Council and Durham Council. My goal is to provide clear, actionable insights into how our intersecting identities shape our professional and personal lives, ensuring lived experience is valued as a primary source of knowledge.
