
Matthew Thomas is a highly regarded people and transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience leading workforce strategy, organisational change and culture across local government, banking, commercial enterprise and higher education. His background spans large-scale HR transformation, agile ways of working, leadership development, employee experience, inclusion and diversity, and the delivery of complex strategic programs.
