I'm a mindfulness coach and teacher. My 15-year career behind a microphone as a broadcaster in Los Angeles taught me how to truly connect with people through nothing but the sound of a voice and a shared story. Today, I use that experience to help people navigate the noise of their own minds to find a bit of clarity and calm. I don’t believe personal development has to be stiff or clinical; in fact, I think it’s most effective when it feels approachable, real, and even a little bit fun. My sessions/workshops/talks focus on the intersection of mindfulness and mindset—specifically how we can de-identify with the thoughts that keep us stuck. I love creating spaces where teams can drop the corporate mask and engage in mindset work that feels natural and safe. My goal is always to leave people feeling more grounded in their own skin and more connected to the humans sitting next to them.
