Michelle Sindha Thomas is a California-based artist and creative strategist who brings a breadth of interdisciplinary experience to the workshops she facilitates for corporate teams. She has spent her career moving between fine art, design, and creative leadership: a path that now shapes her work helping organizations strengthen team cohesion, unlock creativity, and sharpen brand identity through hands-on, interdisciplinary workshops. Michelle's foundation is interdisciplinary by design. Trained from a young age in drawing and painting, she went on to study art history and design, then completed graduate research spanning art, film, and literature, culminating in a publication on individuality in minority creative expression. She later moved into creative program management, serving as Design + Creative Initiatives Project Manager at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and co-founding PARALLEL Design and Strategy, a practice centered on interdisciplinary collaboration across technology, music, fashion, and fine art. She sits on the board of the Achenbach Graphic Arts Council at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and in January 2023 opened her own space, Michelle Thomas Fine Art Gallery + Studio. That mix — a working artist's eye, deep cross-disciplinary research, and hands-on experience bringing diverse professionals together — is what shapes Michelle's approach as a workshop facilitator. She is experienced at designing and leading workshops that boost team-building, expand creativity, and build brand identity, drawing on real cross-industry collaboration to help corporate teams think, create, and connect differently.
