Mimi Loudon

I design and deliver interactive workplace workshops through Stellar Training, specialising in menopause awareness, diversity and inclusion and addressing toxic workplace behaviors.
With roots in Austria and professional experience across the UK, Germany, and China, I bring strong intercultural insight to my facilitation. I hold a certificate in intercultural training and a BA (Hons.) in Drama.
My approach integrates role play supported by my acting background and uses humor to make challenging topics accessible. I currently work with ZARA, an NGO focused on diversity and anti-discrimination.
