I am an Integrative Health practitioner, executive wellness strategist, and founder of the D.I.V.A.™ Framework (Divination, Intuition, Vibration, and Awakening), a transformational model designed to prevent burnout and restore clarity among high-performing professionals. I am completing my Master of Science in Integrative Health Sciences, with a concentration in evidence-based holistic health, and will be advancing into doctoral research focused on professional burnout among healthcare and wellness leaders. My work bridges academic rigor with embodied practice—integrating neuroscience-informed stress resilience, motivational interviewing, and mind–body–spirit methodologies to support sustainable leadership performance.
My professional approach combines executive coaching principles with somatic regulation practices, including certified instruction in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, both of which I utilize to enhance autonomic nervous system balance, cognitive flexibility, and emotional regulation in high-demand environments. As a Master Herbalist, I also incorporate botanical therapeutics and adaptogenic strategies where appropriate, grounding wellness interventions in traditional plant medicine alongside contemporary integrative research. This multidimensional background allows me to support executives not only cognitively, but physiologically and energetically—addressing stress at its root rather than managing symptoms alone.
Through my D.I.V.A.™ Program, I work with leaders navigating decision fatigue, burnout, and performance pressure, guiding them toward embodied clarity, resilience, and aligned action. My mission is to help executives cultivate internal coherence so that leadership emerges from grounded awareness rather than chronic stress activation. I bring a systems-based, research-informed, and deeply human approach to executive wellness—designed for those who lead at the highest levels and require sustainable strategies to do so effectively.
