I’m Mya Kwan, a trilingual facilitator, learning experience designer, and style & color consultant based in Hong Kong. My work blends creativity, reflection, and experiential learning to help people connect more deeply with themselves and with others. Over the past decade, I’ve designed and facilitated for teams and communities across sectors and cultures internationally, covering topics such as empathic leadership, communication, diversity & inclusion, creative thinking, and personal growth. Besides in-person experiences, I also facilitate virtually, bringing the same presence, interaction, and engagement to global and hybrid teams. My approach combines learner-centric design with an inclusive, supportive tone that encourages active participation and real-world application. Participants describe my sessions as structured yet dynamic, combining purposeful dialogue, interactive exercises, and space for reflection. I draw on tools from accelerated learning, behavioral mapping, and diverse facilitation methodologies, adapting each experience to meet each group's context, objectives, and needs. My background spans corporate learning, outdoor education, and creative development, as well as an independent styling and color practice that explores presence and impact through self-expression and wardrobe strategy. Alongside ongoing professional training and certifications, including Accelerated Learning Course Designer, DISC Master Trainer, and Thinking In&Out of the Box Practitioner, I aim to make every learning experience meaningful and relevant. What defines my practice is presence and practicality: creating spaces where people feel safe to explore, think freshly, and leave with insights they can genuinely apply.
