Naomi Thellier de Poncheville

An 18-year + practitioner at the intersection of creativity, coaching, and group facilitation, I create spaces where people remember what it feels like to truly meet each other in a deeply human way. My work starts from a simple belief: that teams thrive when people feel seen, creative, and genuinely alive in what they do together. Drawing on somatic practice, creative methodologies, and relationship systems coaching (ORSC-trained, and ICF accredited), I design and facilitate experiences that invite people out of their heads and into something more real, more playful, more honest, more collaborative and connected. I work with leadership teams and organisations across Europe, specialising in cross-cultural and diverse teams, where I bring particular sensitivity to the richness, and the complexity, of different backgrounds, languages, and ways of being in the world. Whether through movement, visual practice, embodied exercises, or deep relational work, my sessions create the kind of moments teams talk about and feel long after the day is over, because of the experience that touches a deep sense of rewiring and aligning collectively. Based in Amsterdam, relocating to the Paris region this summer. I work in person and online, in French and English.
