I’m Natalia, 28 years old, and I work in the field of yoga, nature, and emotional wellbeing. My approach is grounded in the idea that reconnecting with the body often opens the door to reconnecting with the natural world. Through my work, I create spaces where people can slow down, feel, and rebuild a sense of connection with themselves, others, and the environment.
One of my main offerings is Yoga and Nature Connection sessions. I guide practices in different styles of yoga, including Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, adapting each session to the needs and level of the group. Kundalini sessions may include breathwork, mantra, and dynamic movements to awaken energy; Hatha focuses on slower, grounding postures; Vinyasa offers a more dynamic flow synchronized with breath; and Yin invites stillness, with longer-held postures that support deep relaxation and introspection. These sessions can take place indoors or outdoors, often integrating the natural environment as part of the experience. I incorporate moments of stillness and sensory attention, encouraging participants to notice any sensations.
I also offer Forest Bathing experiences. These sessions are slow and guided walks in nature, where participants are invited to engage their senses through simple activities, such as noticing the movement of leaves or the feeling of the air on the skin. This way, participants begin to shift from a state of doing to a state of being. These workshops are especially helpful for reducing stress and restoring mental clarity.
Another key workshop is Breathwork and Emotional Regulation. In these sessions, I introduce participants to conscious breathing techniques that help regulate the nervous system. We explore how breath connects to emotions and how it can be used as a tool to manage anxiety, release tension, and create a sense of safety in the body. These practices are often combined with short moments of meditation and, when possible, integrated into natural environments to deepen the effect.
I also facilitate Eco-Spirituality and Nature Awareness workshops, where participants are guided to reflect on their relationship with the Earth. These sessions include journaling, group sharing, and simple nature-based rituals. The intention is to cultivate a sense of belonging to the natural world, moving beyond seeing nature as something external, and instead experiencing it as something we are part of.
In addition, I offer Ecstatic Movement sessions in nature, where participants are invited to move freely without choreography or judgment. With music and a safe group space, people can explore expression, release emotional tension, and reconnect with a sense of play and vitality.
