1. Unseen Unknown Lab
A leadership laboratory to recalibrate how we perceive, decide, and relate in times of accelerated change.
This lab invites leaders and teams into an immersive space where culture, perception, and embodiment intersect. Participants explore the unseen dynamics shaping their decisions and interactions, leaving with expanded awareness, sharper relational intelligence, and the capacity to operate with more clarity in complexity.
2. Beyond the Board
An experiential workshop on the hidden rules of influence, power, and relational strategy in organizations.
Through real cases, metaphors, and collective exercises, leaders experience the subtle mechanics of leverage, story, and presence. They practice rewriting dynamics rather than fighting them, and leave with practical tools to navigate influence more intentionally—without falling into politics as usual.
3. Parallel Play: A Collage-Based Insight Lab
An artistic coaching experience that fuses visual expression with leadership transformation.
Participants create collages as a way to surface subconscious narratives, explore paradoxes, and access new perspectives. This practice generates insights that verbal reflection alone cannot unlock, offering a collective yet intimate exploration of identity, leadership, and change.
